The contribution proposes a study on construction sites linked to the princess Cristina Francesca Maria Simiana of Pianezza. The palace of Varallo Sesia and the castle of Benna are analyzed here in the magnificent pictorial feats that characterize them and that had never been studied before the intervention of the author of the essay. The presence of the princess's repeatedly painted coat of arms is important.
