This text analyzes the origin of democracy and its relationship with the concept of "Open Society". Likewise, a small reflection is prepared on the behavior of democracy in the framework of the "Cold War", during the second half of the 20th century. Finally, we try to propose, in a conjectural way, the kind of democracy that is needed in the 21st century, taking into account the dynamics of the actual society.Downloads
