The scientific work of Dr. Augusto Bonazzi on the development of the agriculture in Cuba and Venezuela

Dr. Augusto Bonazzi developed a successful scientific work, in the Cuban agriculture, since 1924, when he began to work with Dr. Mario Calvino and his wife Dr. Eva Mameli on the Agricultural Experiment Station of Sugar Cane and at the School of Agriculture in Chaparra Sugar Mill (in the former Oriente province, nowadays Las Tunas), and later, since 1929 to 1937 at the Agricultural Experiment Station of Santiago de las Vegas, in La Habana province. Finally, in 1937, he went to Venezuela, where he worked as researcher and university professor, until his latest days, in 1974. He became one of the most relevant scientific of this country in the fields of Agriculture Engineer, Chemist and Geophysics.Downloads
