Abstract

People in situation of disabilities in the world, have shown that when they are delivered opportunities to enter the workforce, their performance is equal and better than the average for all workers. Universities are currently investigating this phenomenon and others regarding this group of humans that represents fifteen percent of the world population. But the same universities must not remain only in theory but also in practice and through initiatives funded by the State or by private, help that inclusion will be a reality.
