Abstract

Still it exists in The Republic of Argentina an open wound that must be closed at some point in history... sooner rather than later, but we must give a farewell as It corresponds to a human being. Cecilia Giubileo gave the country, Latin America and the World a lesson of love by dedicating thought, work and life in pursuit of people with mental disabilities.
